Order Placement                                                                                                                                              

You may place your order online via our website, by emailing us at lillytgrace@gmail.com or by calling or text messaging us at 478.357.8677.  If you have any issues or need assistance, please email us! 

Returns

Due to the nature of our personalized products, we are not able to accept returns unless we made an error on your order. 

Production Time         

All monogrammed orders have a two to three week production time. 

Proofs       

Proofs are available upon request. 

Shipping

Shipping time and cost will vary by product and order.  

Gift Messaging

We are happy to include a gift message on any of your purchased items.  Please make sure to make a note of your gift message in the comment section or via email at lillytgrace@gmail.com. 

Concierge Shopping

Do you prefer to shop in the privacy of your own home?  If you are in the Lilly T. Grace area, we are happy to bring our most popular items or the items you request to your home.

The Proper Monogram

  • The Three Letter Monogram – sHm – When representing a single person monogram, the first name is represented by the letter on the left, the middle name is represented by the letter on the right and the last name is represented by the larger letter in the middle.

  • The One Letter Monogram – H – Single letters may be used to represent either a first name or last name.

  • The Marriage Monogram – sHc – When representing a marriage or joint monogram, the wife’s name is represented by the letter on the left, the husband’s name is represented by the letter on the right and the last name is represented by the larger letter in the middle. This style is not used until after a wedding ceremony.

  • I can also do an interlocking monogram if that is your preference.

The possibilities are truly endless!  I have many different appliqués and fonts available.  I am happy to accommodate your wishes.  Some examples of my most popular fonts can be found below.
